Microsoft just updated my computer and erased all my personal information and sent me back to a previous e-mail no longer valid and I can't access my current e-mail. Microsoft won't let me restore to before the update and I can't find any way to contact them about this problem. It seems to me that they are so big that they don't really care about customer support anymore.

what personal information are exactly erased?

how are you sent back to a previous email? what email provider is it from? and what's your current email provider? (Outlook, Hotmail etc.)

is this related to Edge browser? (asking since you posted in Edge community)
