I'm encountering UI problems in Windows 11 that affect File Explorer, Feedback Hub, the new Outlook app, the search box, and Quick Assist (there might be more apps).
1. File Explorer: An extra line appears between the ribbon and tabs.
2. New Outlook: The app window lacks the expected transparency (mica effect) and appears completely opaque.
3. Search box: Even after selecting the search box to display on the taskbar, I see only the Icon
To resolve these issues, I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including:
1. Resetting my PC
2. Resetting the registry editor
3. Performing a system restore
Unfortunately, none of these methods have been successful.
Possible Culprit:
I suspect a third-party UI improvement tool called "Rectify 11" might interfere with how Windows 11 renders these applications. While Rectify 11 is intended to enhance the UI, it may be causing conflict with system UI in this case.
Or else it might simply be UI bugs that I'm facing
