Hi Jill,
We have been a partner for 5 years and this year Microsoft decided to "Verify the account and Employment. I went the route of providing the domain information. A Domain that we purchased via Microsoft 365. I needed to submit the invoice for the domain which renewed at the beinging of this month. However the verification was rejected because the domain name does not appear on the Microsoft Invoice. So microsoft are rejecting their own invoice as verification due to the fact that the domain name does not appear on it. Somehow this is now my problem to resolve. I opened up a support ticket and have phoned 4 times now, only to be told I will be called back which hasn't happened. Today our VS licenses expired due to our action packing expiring and I can't even buy monthly licenses. Basically our business has now come to a stop. Microsoft really need to get onto top of this ASAP as it is costing bsinesses!- kylar182Brass Contributor@SBM69 Yeah I showed them the invoice and a screenshot of the page in Microsoft 365 with my info purchasing it. They still rejected it.
- tcarternepheletechCopper Contributor@kylar182 and @SBM69, you will probably have to transfer the domain to GoDaddy. I didn't register via MS, but another registrar, and this is what I had to do. Just make sure the account you setup is EXACTLY like it is on your Partner Center registration, or you will get rejected.
- kylar182Brass ContributorI think at this point Microsoft should seriously consider firing everyone involved in the partner center and starting from scratch. This is a joke. You seem to be actively trying to keep people from making you money.

Can we publish an office 365 free app without the partner registration ? This verification is really frustration. I have spent 2 weeks and still not success. Office365 is really a good product but ....
- AlsiestaCopper ContributorI have the same issue for a month now. the upload form to submit Account verification data is not showing in the dialogue. The submission is impossible.
Requesting an appointment at this level is disabled. All we can do is submit a Ticket, which I did.
Since then I get repetitively this email:
Dear Partner
Thank you for your inquiry about your Microsoft Partner Network account in Partner Center. We are currently investigating your Microsoft Partner Network account for MPNID (X). There is no action required from you at this time. We will update you accordingly.
Thank you and best regards,

Alsiesta how long ago did you submit a ticket?

I've been stuck at Employment Verification for 2 months and could not appeal. Contact name, company name, domain, are all matched, down to letters. I've tried to change the names in the contact info in many ways. Opening a ticket got me auto generated emails saying the exact same thing every time, not helpful at all. This is literary the most excruciating process I've ever been through. Please help us escalate this, at least to a real person who could tell us what exactly is the problem of our documents/contact info. JillArmourMicrosoft
- Tom_McAuliffeCopper ContributorI'm a little confused. I've gotten trhough the employment verification stage and I'm waiting to get the Buisness Verification. Under Legal Info, Developer it says Vetting Status Rejected with a red X. I click on fix now and I see the three files I've uploaded (certificate of organization, whois search results and my domain purchase receipt). At the top of this there is a green text box with a green check mark that says "Document uploaded successful, please wait 3-5 buisness days for verification of your documents". Its been over 5 days now. The rejected status sounds bad, but the green text box with the green check mark under the Fix now window sounds good. Should I just wait? Or should I submit an appeal? I'm confused.

Tom_McAuliffeHow did you manage employment verification? What type of document did you provide?
- Tom_McAuliffeCopper ContributorI provided my receipt for my domain purchase from GoDaddy. Actually I failed to get approval for the employment verification the first time and the issue turned out to be that my receipt didn't exactly match the name of my new company. The domain name I wanted to use was already taken. I solved the problem by purchasing another year for my domain through GoDaddy, but this time I made sure everything matched EXACTLY with my Partner Center profile.
- JohnHyamsCopper ContributorIt does not work, I do not have the "Fix Now" button. The system seems to be so poorly built; I am baffled at what Microsoft does here. How do I get the "Fix Now" button? I tried endless things, and it doesn't work.

- zerotrust-solutionsCopper ContributorHello Jill,
Thank you for being the voice of Microsoft Partner program. My comments below would be just one more for you to listen to or deal with.
We value what microsoft has built, every business runs and breathes consuming microsoft tools.
We went through enrollment process, verification failed even though the documentation was in place. Being over skeptical, we played with our DNS, our domain registrar - to figure out where we failed to get verified. I wish Microsoft would tell us more on the reasoning of 'rejection'.
After re-doing the same steps multiple times, we are stuck. We don't have an option to 'FIX IT' in the legal info or agreement tab.
We have customers on our books, we are expecting to cross ~$3000+ MRR given our paperwork gets through. Any guidance or support would be appreciated.
For partners, there is no way to communicate or respond back to the support emails. There is no email or phone number. We are clueless and left out in the wild.
It's great to see your post here and am hoping our voice does get passed forward.
Thanks,

I keep receiving this error.
We have tried logging in through all the 3 emails listed here, but unfortunately we keep landing on this page.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,

- AlanDLCopper ContributorAdd me on to the list of unfortunate groups stuck in this hell. I provided all the documentation from GoDaddy listing my Domain (which was renewed in 7/2023) and listed my partner domain on the list of renewed domains. I now have 5 .. yes five tickets opened. My understanding is they have all been routed to the wrong group (a dead end group) internally at MS. I like others are beyond frustrated. I have been a MS partner for near 10 years now and have a great experience with Partner support, that is until now. I like others are looking for someone from MS to take accountable and ownership here.
The real kicker and the reason I am writing here is I actually got to the point where I could schedule an appointment with a partner support staff. They blew off the meeting. My only alternative was to open yet another ticket in hopes it will land on someone's desk who can fix the hell I am in.
Anyone have any suggestions? - Robert_MuszalCopper ContributorHi, What shall i do when i got information that ive tried too many times and thats why my account have been suspended and verification rejected?
- MissilentTechCopper ContributorHi everyone... I have managed to get my verification completed. I tweeted Microsoft Partner and they fixed it very quickly... Give them a try.... Thanks Fiona

MissilentTech can you tell me which twitter account you reached out to? I would like to look into this a bit. Thank you!

JillArmour the verification process is a complete nightmare. The support does not read any of the documents and just sends out canned automated responses.
I've had to tweet at the https://twitter.com/msPartner account.Let's hope something is done. Super frustrating process.
