Regarding Microsoft Support for Partners
Hi Everyone, As per our review of Microsoft documentation for Advanced Support for Partners (ASfP) and Partner Support (PSfP), Microsoft has introduced changes to the support coverage. Going forward, partners can create a maximum of 20 support requests under ASfP and 30 support requests under PSfP. Additionally, there is no option to purchase additional support requests beyond these limits. Any Suggestion or thoughts on the same. Thanks
Need Help Escalating Microsoft 365 Billing Case – Unresolved Since 8/27
I have had a problem getting a ticket resolved TrackingID 2509240040013394. I have not been able to pay my business standard licenses and my tenant is locked down. I have worked with support several times and they have not been able to resolve the issue. When looking at the logs during one of the troubleshooting steps I found TenantLockedForAbuse. I reported that to them and I have not gotten anything resolved and this has been going on sense 8/27/25 if you have any information on how you can help that would be greatly appreciated.

I kindly request the reactivation of my subscription and commit to implementing automated renewal tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) to ensure compliance moving forward. Configure Apple Messages for Business channel
Hi everyone I'm trying to setup Apple business message in dynamics 365. My question is : What parameters to use for work classifications and routes to a queue rule? I should manage multiple languages, but I cannot create other channels such as livechat that manages one language, so I created a single channel and at the route to queues rules level, I came across the following conditions to insert. I inserted the customer language condition that if it is equal to a locale (e.g. en-us) then I make the assignment to the English queue. By selecting related entities in the conditions I saw other types of conditions, what do they refer to? Which conditions is best to choose to manage multiple languages for the Apple messages channel and what parameters Apple pass to us ? Thank you!

Schließen Sie diese Einstellung, aktualisieren Sie die Seite und versuchen Sie es noch mal. Wir haben bereits mehrere Browser verwendet, den Virenscanner und die Firewall deaktiviert - alles ohne Nutzen. Hat hier jemand noch eine Idee?

Our team is not proficient as distinguishing Objectives, KRs and Projects. As admin, I am trying to clean up some of their entry errors while we better educate the team on OKRs. Is there a way for me to edit an entry to change its Object Type between these three options? If not, is this something you have on your development road map? please_change_your_username
