MS Teams Desktop APP - Sorry we couldn't connect you.
Hello all , I want to roll out MS teams to use company wide since we have included in our office365 bundle . I have created a small user test group before company wide push. My issue is that in some of the users i am facing the issue where the desktop app will not connect to any Audio/Video meeting with the error "Sorry we couldn't connect you". Others it works fine. The users can join all meeting fine via a browser though. I have checked event logs and the only error i see when joining a meeting is the 4227 error TCIP . I have tried reinstall ms teams , restart pc , check drivers nothing. I havealso tried manual install from downlaoded msi and exe still same issue. Can anyone pelase help ?
Windows Autopilot Error Code 0x800705b4 Preparing device for mobile management
We are implementing a number of Windows Autopilot via Lenovo Thinkbook 15-ITL. These are being deployed to authorised users whether they are at home connected to their home broadband or in the office connect to the Wide Area Network. Despite lots of testing, we randomly see the the error (see attached). If we wipe the device a couple of times, it seems to remedy the issue. I've tried to look online about this about various posts talk about the TPM, which it is not. I've tried to look through the logs from the device - what a minefield of information that means something to someone. Has anyone any ideas? Thanks Martin
How to resolve 'path is too long' error - endless abending loop!
I'm searching for the proper procedure to resolve a OneDrive for Business issue where a file path is too long. Still, when revised in SharePoint, the OneDrive account doesn't sync the changes and continues to alert the path being too long despite being renamed in SharePoint.SharePoint loading blank page; Modern SharePoint sites not loading with error
Our users have been having quite a few issues off-late on SharePoint online. We are on Office 365 and use SharePoint online. We are on first release too. 1) SharePoint loads a blank page <tenant-name>.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx <- this site It loads absolutely blank page. no error. no nothing. this happens with a few users. not sure how many yet. 2) SharePoint modern sites dont load. Some do. Some don't. I haven't been able to identify any pattern. Again quite a lot of users affected. Not sure how many. Every time we navigate to any of the modern sites we get the follow error. Sorry, something went wrong Can't load the application on this page. Use the browser Back button to retry. If the problem persists, contact the administrator of the site and give them the information in Technical Details. TECHNICAL DETAILS Error details: Error: SPFx loader is not present in the page. This issue has been very random. It works one day then it doesn't another. It works in morning then it doesn't in evening. Weird. Currently, I am facing this issue for a few days now. :( I have also raised this as a ticket with Microsoft, but the agent wanted me to download a log keeper app then run the app and make logs etc. Honestly, I was not comfortable to do so and also, don't think I have the time and knowledge of understanding that. It seemed like a big process I had to run. On TechCommunity, I have only seen one or two threads about which are hardly concluding anything. Googling got me a few links on StackOverflow and Reddit etc., but no real solution in any of them. Is there anyone who can help with this? Also, if you know someone from Microsoft who is active here, who can help, then please tag them. Thanks!

This error pops up whenever I try to open the Microsoft Teams app with my Gmail accounts. I've tried with both of my Gmail accounts and it still gave me the same error, even changing the privacy settings to see if it works. Tried it on my school account (not Gmail) and the app works fine. Any suggestions?
Microsoft forms and external upload files possible?
Good afternoon, We as a company want to create forms that our customers can fill in with the data we need. Like plans and technical drawings. I hoped that it would be possible to create these forms, but when i try to add the upload file question I need to change the settings to only internal. I have been having the same error with Teams for the past few months, across two different computers, and with me having uninstalled and reinstalled Teams several times. Effectively, Teams works fine the first time it is reinstalled, but when I go to use it the following day, even if the computer has not been shut down in the meantime, I get a "Loading latest updates... in the meantime, you can still send and respond to messages" line in the toolbar. I cannot actually send or respond to messages (or receive them) while this is going on, though. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate the guidance - Teams is effectively unusable for me right now, which is a problem given how much we use it to communicate in my department.
WINDOWS UPDATE SERVICES NOT START ERROR
Hi guys, I have a very big problem with one windows server 2016 vm. After windows update and reboot windows update doesn't start and if i try to star manually i receive this error pop-up: Windows could not start the Windows Update service on Local Computer. Error 0x80070539: The security ID Structure is invalid. I have try all windows update error solved result founded in a web but without success. The 0x80070539 error are insoluted. Any idea?? Thanks
