201 TopicsTeams stuck in "Loading latest updates..." error
I have been having the same error with Teams for the past few months, across two different computers, and with me having uninstalled and reinstalled Teams several times. Effectively, Teams works fine the first time it is reinstalled, but when I go to use it the following day, even if the computer has not been shut down in the meantime, I get a "Loading latest updates... in the meantime, you can still send and respond to messages" line in the toolbar. I cannot actually send or respond to messages (or receive them) while this is going on, though. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate the guidance - Teams is effectively unusable for me right now, which is a problem given how much we use it to communicate in my department.37KViews8likes14CommentsExcel Does Not Sync Until Opened
I created a form linked to an Excel spreadsheet in SharePoint as well as a Power Automate approval flow triggered on submission. In addition to sending out confirmation/approval emails, the flow also updates the associated Excel spreadsheet with the approval/denial. The flow was working fine until last week but since then has failed 2 consecutive times. The failures appear to be related to the flow unable to find the automatically generated submission ID in the Excel spreadsheet. When I open the linked spreadsheet, the submission is not immediately present at first but the file does sync at that point and the entry appears. When re-triggered after the sync, the flow completes successfully. Not sure if it is related, but MS form/linked spreadsheets have been updated by Microsoft recently and I was prompted to go through an update process for synced Excel spreadsheets. I completed the update with this specific form last week after the flow failed for the first time. TLDR - my form only syncs with the spreadsheet once opened. Any ideas how to get MS Forms to update the spreadsheet in real-time as opposed to when it is opened?3.7KViews3likes4CommentsError code: FACILITY_VISUALCPP/ERROR_PROC_NOT_FOUND
Since today I am getting this error in Edge Dev (version 102.0.1220.1). The entire browser has become unusable as nothing seems to work at all. All pages return the previously mentioned error, add-ons are crashing, bookmark menu is blank, opening the settings doesnt work, etc. I have tried rebooting my system and uninstalled and reinstalled it, which all didnt help. The normal Edge (version 100.0.1185.36) works normally. Is there a log somewhere that can shed light on the underlying issue?Solved15KViews3likes16CommentsCan't change Microsoft Teams Profile Picture (Receiving Error)
Hello! I'm having a bug with Profile Pictures. I've tried changing it many times, but I receive an error every time. What makes this stranger is I have never set a profile picture in Teams but somehow Teams imported an old profile Picture from my Xbox Account - And won't let me change it. I've tried to change my profile picture in Teams on Windows and Android. Windows gives this error: "There was a problem saving the photo. Please try again" Android gives this error: "Failed to update profile picture. Please try again" So, what in want to know is: 1. Why Teams is not using my Microsoft Account profile picture. 2. Why Teams is using my Xbox 360 Profile Picture. 3. How do I fix this so Teams can use the profile picture I want it to. Please find screenshots of errors & of my MS and Xbox accounts attached. Additional: My wife is also having the exact same problem on her account.Solved134KViews3likes20Comments[FIXED] An error occurred while checking for updates: Failed to cache the downloaded installer.

I have this broken link error image when using MS Teams App in Windows 10. A right click usually enlarges the image, and it was working this way until last week. Today it shows the images as part of the conversations, but when right clicking on them, it only shows a broken link image. I have done some suggestions from other similar threads here, i.e. sign out and in, cache clearing, but no luck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.27KViews2likes13CommentsForm embedding does not display correctly - on going issue unresolved
There have been a number of posts over the past year regarding the issue where embedded forms do not load correctly inside webpages, especially on mobile. Once the form is embedded it displays the field as basically a giant hyperlink button that then takes you to another page, it may as well be just an oversized share link or Here are links to previous unresolved posts https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_forms/ms-forms-embedded-form-not-showing-on-webpage/3f3b676b-08b2-4783-a796-940a545c6bbb?page=2 Form embedded in web page don't open directly in mobile browser - Microsoft Tech Community https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_forms/ms-forms-embedding-a-form-into-a-web-page/257cd278-2fb7-4ae6-9465-f29863c3de61 Form Embedded on website not displaying correctly on an Android phone - Microsoft Tech Community The first post was over a year ago and the issue still persists, I have spent sometime going over each of these trying the supposed work arounds but it still does not work.
