Word 2019 spell check

I am trying to get Word 2019 to automatically correct misspellings. I can't do correct as you type b/c the document is scanned, not typed. And I have over 100 pages, so I'd like not to have to do them one-by-one manually. I tried [accept all changes] in [track changes] but that didn't work. Any ideas? A macro?

For the document to be fully editable in Word, you will have to perform optical character recognition (OCR). Your scanner may come with OCR software.
