Hi, leider kann ich die Funktion "Transkribieren" bei Word Online nicht auswählen, sie ist ausgegraut und dadurch nicht anklickbar, ggf. ist sie deaktiviert. Ich habe Office 365 erworben und möchte daher die Funktion unbedingt nutzen. Das Mikrofon funktioniert einwandfrei, was nicht funktioniert ist die Transkribtions-Funktion.
Der Support konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, die Fallnummer ist die 1012472246.
