Is it possible to change level 3 to level 4 of the summary by default? because of default it is set to 3 and I would like it to be 4
The preselected options in the dialog box are static.
What you can do is insert a "sample TOC" (with the desired choices made) in a document, select the TOC and save it as a TOC format, via References > Table of Contents > Save Selection to Table of Contents Gallery. Your new format will then be accessible under References > Table of Contents.
