Stick Figure With Labels

I am writing a book about my life. (non published, just for friends and family) I have had many injuries so I want one page to be a stick man with labels surrounding it that state the injury and an arrow pointing to the injury on the stick man? Suggestions on where else to ask this question would be helpful.
