Mini Toolbar for Mac Office

I would to know why the mini toolbar is not implemented for the Office Suite in MacOS?

And if it is preview to implement it in futur release?

A lot of people find the mini-toolbar redundant and just more unnecessary screen clutter. If you would prefer to have the feature, use the Menu Bar in Word and choose Help > Feedback > I Have a Suggestion and request the feautre.
