Files deleted automatically

I m using word mobile app. 2 files got deleted automatically. They were important. How to recover?. It's not there in onedrive or recycling bin. Thank you

Go to your OneDrive in a browser on a desktop computer and check all of the folders there to see if the fiiles are in one of them.

Which operating system are you running? 

The fact that you have looked at the local storage as well as OneDrive without finding your file is a bad sign, of course.
