Hello. I have a surface laptop 3. AMD processor. I installed Windows 10 2004 and included memory integrity protection in the security center. after that, my laptop stopped shuting down. that is, when I push the shutdown it turns off the screen goes out, but the fan keeps working as if I'm playing a demanding game. I can only turn it off with the turn-on button. If I turn off the memory protection then the shutdown works as it should. I updated to Windows 10 19613 here this problem is not.
