The Only issue I had was with Lively Wallpaper.  Seems this Update did not like it so I ended up having to Uninstall it.  Lively wallpaper was causing Black Square on the screen and would not finish loading during Bootup.  Once I stopped the service and Uninstalled everything ran fine.

Added this FYI from Windows Insider Blog for those who are interested in what has developed in this Update and What is being worked on.
