When I use the Remote Desktop Application from the Windows365 site, my screen goes blank every few minutes.  A search on the Internet states it is a resolution issue.  Has anyone seen this?  What does the resolution on the computer need to be?

That is unexpected, could you please open a free support ticket from http://admin.microsoft.com/, navigate to Support node and there you can open a support ticket.
