Sleep/Hibernate mode

Copper Contributor

I'm on Windows 11, 23H2 2024-04, using an HP 15z-ef1 laptop with 8GB of RAM. It's been working smoothly for two years until I had to reinstall Windows due to a blue screen. Now, it struggles to wake up from sleep after being inactive for 3-4 hours. It feels more like it's in hibernation or suspend, but I can't find these options in the settings. When I try waking it, nothing happens for 2-3 minutes, regardless of whether I press the power button, keys, or move the mouse. What could be causing this issue? How can I fix it? Thanks.
