How do I take ownership of the registry key that is shown in the description below?

How do I take ownership of the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Perflib?

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
