Windows maps is the best clean, offline free 100% Bing app that is for navigation. It is very clean interface and it shows multiple routes. Scenic routes and everything. up to date info from bing and reviews. 🙂
The thing is that most of the places I test on bing show directions going the wrong places, not understanding how to go into the place and logic. The algorithms aren't good.
