We run Windows 10 professional on all of our laptops (various builds). Since the pandemic not many people have been into the office, they've just been logging in using cached credentials and then connecting to our SSL VPN from home.
All users have a roaming profile which is stored on our Windows Servers using DFS. It's all been working perfectly, but since people have started coming back into the office they have found that Windows loads an old profile (probably from the DFS servers rather than locally). How can we ensure that the most recent one is used rather than always choosing the DFS copy? Surely Windows would know that the local copy is newer than the DFS copy and use that?
