Re: Room Finder and Workspaces - Unavailable versus Available Issue
Hi Kidd_Ip This is not in a hybrid scenario. At the end of the day, MS support could not figure out the issue. So what I did was to delete them (workspace type) and recreate them as normal room types and it did work.1.1KViews0likes0CommentsRoom Finder and Workspaces - Unavailable versus Available Issue
Greetings This is on Exchange Online 365. On-prem is not involved Organizer user1 asks to book Worspace1 in Outlook web. The delegate receives an email and approves for the 11th 30 minutes later another organizer user2 goes to Room finder and looks up for the same Workspace1 and day 11th. I was expecting Room Finder and Scheduling Assistance to show Workspace1 as Unavailable. But that is not happening, Workspace1 shows as available. Funny thing is that if Rooms type, the unavailable/available works but not for Workspaces Thanks in advance1.6KViews1like4CommentsWho assign a particular license to users
Greetings, I have around 10 people responsible for assign E1, E3, E5 and etc. licenses to my users on my tenant. I would like to know when and who exactly assign them. I know if I search on the Audit Log I get results like user1_admin@acme.com assigned a license to user2@acme.com under "Set license properties" or "Changed user license" activities type. But that does not give what specific license was assigned: E1, E3, E5, etc. Do you know how to find which specific license was assigned? Any help is appreciatedSolved1.5KViews0likes2CommentsSharePointOnline ShowEveryoneClaim - Enabling and disabling it
Greetings, I have followed these instructions to enable -ShowEveryoneClaim $True tenant-wide on SharePoint Online. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/troubleshoot/access-management/grant-everyone-claim-to-external-users Then I went to my specific SPO Site1 and added Everyone and now all authenticated members and guest users can access my Site1. Since I do not want other site owners' administrators to add Everyone to their sites, I then disabled it using Set-SPOTenant -ShowEveryoneClaim $False meaning they will not be able to see the Everyone picker on their SPO sites. My question is: is that OK? Will this Everyone group setting stick to Site1 and not be removed? In other words, every time I need to provide Everyone access can I simple enable it PowerShell, enabled on the specific site then disable it in PowerShell again? Greetings I have created a Teams group chat with 100 people. Now I have decided to create a Teams channel and move the discussion. How do I add all people from the old Teams group chat to the new Teams without having to manually lookup on the old group chat and invite them on the new Teams channel? I was wondering if there is a PowerShell to extract the email of all group chat users into a .csv. Later I can simply automatically use PowerShell to add them to the Teams. Any other creative solution is appreciatedSolved57KViews0likes7CommentsRe: Core eDiscovery Export Results to Online Cloud Mailbox
Thanks Adir. I was hoping there was a PowerShell to do everything automatically to avoid doing this upload back to the cloud. Also there is another issue: when you first download the eDiscovery results, it generates and .pst but also it may generated items on a folder (not on the .pst) for items it found on Teams Teams channels, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc. In another words, items which are not stored on a Exchange Online mailbox. Those I can not get into the online shared mailbox. So unless there is another creative solution I will have to tell my attorneys to avoid having multiple people doing an analysis at the same time, but rather have one person doing it on local. Any comment is appreciated968Views0likes0CommentsCore eDiscovery Export Results to Online Cloud Mailbox
Greetings, I have performed an eDiscovery Core hold and search. Now I want to export all the results for a group of 4 attorneys to analyze it together I know I can export it as a .pst based on this document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/export-content-in-core-ediscovery?WT.mc_id=365AdminCSH_SupportCentral&view=o365-worldwide. But then I will have to connect that to each attorney local Outlook and they will have to analyze each copy of the same .pst separated I want to have the search on an online mailbox in the cloud, like a SharedMailbox or something else, so the 4 attorneys can perform searches and analysis at the same time. Can you help me?1.1KViews0likes2CommentseDiscovery Search using (c:c) but excluding items
Greetings, I want to do an eDiscovery search for the word investigation. But I want to exclude from that search the word Trend if it is near 5 words of investigation. Also the word Valid if it is 5 positions near investigation. So on content that has the following content/phrases: 1. investigation made by Sherlock Holmes 2. Trend is a cool investigation 3. Is this a valid investigation? 4. Please perform that investigation The search will return only 1 and 2: investigation made by Sherlock Holmes AND Please perform that investigation This one I did it is not working: investigation (c:s) Trend NEAR(5) investigation (c:s) trend NEAR(5) investigation Thanks in advance2.3KViews0likes0CommentsEnter a valid user error on MS Stream
