Removal of Default Tabs - "Staff Notebook" & "Reflect"
I have a few users who would like to toggle these tabs off or hide them. I have not been able to find a way to do this. If I right-click on the tabs, "App Permission" is the only option. Is there a way to perform this function via Powershell or O365 Admin Center? See screenshot
StarLeaf + Teams integration
Hi all, I have a user that wants to integrate StarLeaf into one of his Microsoft Teams group. He is not the owner of the group. The issue he reported: "Currently, Starleaf for Teams is installed, but when there is any attempt to setup using the integration token generated from our systems admin in Starleaf, an error occurs." In this Microsoft Teams https://youtu.be/JxKLNVRtIJI, I will demonstrate how to use the Microsoft Teams Games For Work app. This app can be added to MS Teams meetings and allows participants to play from one of four games (at the time of release): Microsoft Solitaire, Microsoft Minesweeper, Wordament and IceBreakers. Note that you cannot use this app outside of meetings (i.e. you cannot play games directly in the MS Teams app) and each game supports 1-250 players. The app can also be used on the Microsoft Teams mobile application and is mobile responsive meaning meeting participants joining from their mobile device can also participate in the games. Lastly, the app can also be used in Microsoft Team meeting breakout rooms. To add the Games For Work App to a Microsoft Teams meeting: Click the “+ Add An App” button Search for and select “Games For Work” What are you thoughts about this app?Unable to unblock a user. I'm wondering if anyone in the Teams community has run into this issue. I've got a user who erroneously blocked a contact in Teams and is now unable to unblock the user via Settings > Privacy > Managed blocked people. This happens in both the Teams desktop and web-clients. They can click on the Unblock button next to the person's name, however they get the error "We can't unblock this person at the moment. Try again later." Does anyone know why the user can't unblock the contact they accidentally blocked in the first place?
Calender for Vacation and for general overview of a team
Hi, we are using Teams since one week now and I´m searching for an way to implement an "vacation calender". To keep it simple I want that every user can use his personal calender in Outlook (Exchange). So in case a team member has holiday it should be added to the personal calender and this information I want to share in a general calender for the hole team. We have already a "Team" for all members of the team. Sorry as I´m new to Teams I don´t know how to implement.
Still Cannot Bulk Add People or Groups in Team/Channel in 2026
It's 2026, still same issue. As a regular user/leader of a large team (hundreds of people), we still cannot bulk add people in Team/Channel. It's frustrating to add one people at a time. This has been brought up in 2020, 6 years after, same issue. teams and bulk adding of members | Microsoft Community Hub No real resolution.
Communities tab in Teams
Hi there I've recently had the Communities tab pop up in my Teams alongside the Teams and Channels tab. No one else in my organisation can see this yet and we aren't sure why. I know it's being rolled out on a timeline but I was also wondering if it might be because I'm the only one in the org who has an Microsoft Viva Employee Communications and Communities licence? Does anyone have any insights into this? We'd like to make a bit of a roll out plan once this appears in our colleagues Team's set ups.
