Problems with Papercut

We're experiencing problems with the Papercut client picking up print jobs from the Universal print queues. The client response is up to 10 minutes or not at all. HAs anyone else experienced this sort of issue?

Hi Dave, papercutter here. This one looks like it needs further investigation from our tech support crew. I suggest you reach out to your PaperCut reseller or start a ticket at email address removed for privacy reasons.
