We have office 365 Room account setup and when I start the setup it asks to Enter Device account info domain\user and then the password.  After than screen, a message pops up we need a little more info.  To setup Calendar for a device, we need an exchange server address.  So I used outlook.office365.com and then I get the error Unable to validate Exchange address.  Contact ....Unauthorized (401). (0x85010002).  Any advice

The correct ActiveSync endpoint for Exchange online is https://outlook.office365.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

If you still get an error after this, please open a support request to troubleshoot further
