SQL Mail, does not send mail

Dear Group, I use sql mail to send alerts from SQL Server, now you have changed to use a 365 email account for sending, resulting in no longer sending emails.
The support do not know what to do, before I used an account as a email address removed for privacy reasons and it worked well.
you could help me or give some suggestions to solve the shipping problem, Thanks
