I have Skype for Business (SFB) installed on my laptop. Due to the nature of my job I log into my laptop and it immediately syncs up with SFB, no password needed as SFB uses whatever password I have for my laptop to log in. Now on my iPhone I have SFB which I need to update the password on whenever I change it on my laptop. Today, suddenly I cannot log in. I keep getting this error message "An error occurred with Skype for Business. Please retry. If the problem persists contact you help team" The trouble is my help team has no knowledge about SFB apps. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, used old passwords (which gives me a completely different error message so I know my current password is correct) and even changed the internal and external domain names to something I found in a help are online
As of now, in talking with a few colleagues this appears to be an issue with the iPhones only
