Skype phone numbers we are using for US, AU are not working at all, we need help please
We have already paid for yearly renting of the Skype phone numbers we are using for US, AU and these are not working because are not getting redirected after the right settings in place, also the voicemails are not working at all, no settings working at all and after paying there is no one to talk to and report the issue, no email of support, no department of support to send ticket, no phone number, absolutely nothing to provide you support as client for something that you paid and is not working!!! I have tried to adjust the settings based on the forms from the Skype app for windows also from the Skype app for web and I tried both the redirect also the voicemail and none of them working to be setup. So disappointed and we already paid for 1 year in advance for both of them. We need help!264Views0likes0CommentsSkype-Number for Business
Since i can't register for a normal Skype account using a business e-mail, i purchased Office 365 Essentials which included Skype for Business. What i need is a Skype-Number for my business so any people from the United States can call that number. The ability to answer calls via the application and check voicemails. Is that possible or did i purchase the wrong product? Any help would be truly appreciated!Solved2KViews0likes3CommentsSalesforce Integration with Skype For Business
A while back you may have heard that there is a way to integrate Skype for Business with Salesforce. We just posted an article to the Skype for Business Community Blog detailing how to do this. Check it out here. Salesforce currently has this feature available as a publicBeta. Over time we hope to see continued enhancements to this integration. Let us know what you think!13KViews7likes4CommentsClient-lawyer confidentiality
In the Netherlands, the asylum procedure is going to take place -due to COVID 19- online. Also lawyers should contact the clients through meetings organised by the government, using Skype for Bussiness. Asylum seekers usually do not have phones, tablets or laptops that a capable of setting up our own meeting, and even if they do, the internet connection in the asylum centers is usually of very poor quality. (In an asylum center, few laptops are installed by the government to be used by the asylum seeker) The government is setting up these meetings, but they should not take part in the meeting between the lawyer and his/her client (the asylum seeker). As lawyers, we are worried about client-lawyer confidentiality... can the government record our meeting, even without taking part in the meeting? Can they listen in, 'incognito' to the meeting? Does SKYPE (for Bussiness) have these options?1.2KViews0likes6CommentsUnable to download 7.0.2046.524 Core Components update?

I would like Skype for Business to add a buzz feature. I would like to be able to buzz the given target meaning raise their messaging window to the top and shake the window to get their attention. Sound alerts are not an option for me, I missed far to many timely messages because all I have is a small flashing icon in my task bar. If someone needs immediate attention, sends me a message, and I don't respond. I want them to be able to buzz me causing my window to come to the front and visibly shake.6.4KViews0likes4CommentsSONUS - CAS-R2 CD Bit error

Good day all, Been having a strange issue regarding TLS andWeb Components Server Errors since deploying a new single server. There is currently 2 single servers on the topology and moving a user from one FE server to the other seems to not always work, especially if they are coming via the EDGE server. On most login requests we receive the below errors in the even logs: { An unhandled exception was encountered. Service: WebTicketService, exception details: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm at System.Net.SSPIWrapper.AcquireCredentialsHandle(SSPIInterface SecModule, String package, CredentialUse intent, SecureCredential scc) at System.Net.Security.SecureChannel.AcquireCredentialsHandle(CredentialUse credUsage, SecureCredential& secureCredential) at System.Net.Security.SecureChannel.AcquireClientCredentials(Byte[]& thumbPrint) at System.Net.Security.SecureChannel.GenerateToken(Byte[] input, Int32 offset, Int32 count, Byte[]& output) at System.Net.Security.SecureChannel.NextMessage(Byte[] incoming, Int32 offset, Int32 count) at System.Net.Security.SslState.StartSendBlob(Byte[] incoming, Int32 count, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.ForceAuthentication(Boolean receiveFirst, Byte[] buffer, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.ProcessAuthentication(LazyAsyncResult lazyResult) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.AuthenticateAsClient(String targetHost) at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.WebServicesAuthFramework.RemoteCertificateResolver.ResolveCertificate(HostAddress hostAddress, Int32 port, ICollection`1 allowedNameList) at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.WebServicesAuthFramework.WebTicketRemoteSecurityTokenStore.ResolveAndCache(String key, HostAddress hostName, Int32 port, ICollection`1 allowedNameList) at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.WebServicesAuthFramework.WebTicketRemoteSecurityTokenStore.GetSigningTokenByIssuer(HostAddress hostAddress, Int32 port, ICollection`1 allowedNameList) at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.WebServicesAuthFramework.WebTicketRemoteSecurityTokenStore.EnsureIssuerSecurityToken(HostAddress machineAddress, Int32 port, ICollection`1 allowedNameList) at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.WebServicesAuthFramework.WebTicketKeyStore.EnsureIssuerSecurityToken(Uri issuerUri) at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.WebTicketService.WebTicketService.BeginIssueToken(Message rstMessage, AsyncCallback callback, Object state) at AsyncInvokeBeginBeginIssueToken(Object , Object[] , AsyncCallback , Object ) at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.AsyncMethodInvoker.InvokeBegin(Object instance, Object[] inputs, AsyncCallback callback, Object state) at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.DispatchOperationRuntime.InvokeBegin(MessageRpc& rpc) at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.ImmutableDispatchRuntime.ProcessMessage5(MessageRpc& rpc) at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.ImmutableDispatchRuntime.ProcessMessage11(MessageRpc& rpc) at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.MessageRpc.Process(Boolean isOperationContextSet). Cause: Application error. Please look through the exception details for more information. Resolution: Restart the server. If the problem persists contact product support.} Restart obviously didnt resolve this issue. Checking the system logs, I see the following schannel errors: A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013. When I checked the TLS settings on the FE (which is where I get all these errors above) withinetcpl.cpl I see that only TLS 1.2 is ticket. Looking at the EDGE server, there is no apparent error that is causing this. We just added the new servers to the SRV and A Record DNS entries, so this shouldnt be an issue. The EDGE has the below schannel errors: An TLS 1.2 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The TLS connection request has failed. Not sure if this could cause any issues though as the working environment has the same errors as the above.1.2KViews0likes2Commentscall persistance

Hi Everyone, We use Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Phone System with Calling Plans. This is our single phone system for everything, we do not have any other PSTN, SIP Trunks, nothing. Is it at all possible to somehow connect an analogue phone line to this environment? We own an AudioCodecs VE SBC and have an MP-112 ATA, Our AudioCodecs SBC is connected to Teams with Direct Route, but since we use Calling Plans..we don't really know where to go from here or if it's even possible. In an ideal world, we would provision a user in our AD, give it a phone number from Microsoft Calling Plans, and then have that phone number be the number of an analogue device (FAX). Any inbound and outbound faxes would go through the Calling Plans from Microsoft. I just want to know if that's even possible? I have attached the picture I modified from some AudioCodecs documentation. Since we use Calling Plans, everything is in the Microsoft Bubble on the right. Thank you so much for your time.3.6KViews0likes8CommentsDial 0 to reach Operator
Is there a way with any of the SfB Online features or preview features (currently enrolled in Dial Plans and AA preview programs) to enable the option to dial 0 after reaching a user's voice mailbox? This is one of the most important features we are waiting for as our users would like to give callers the option to reach our operator if they have an urgent issue. We also don't necessarly want all calls to go to the operator- with call forwarding- but looking for another option to route calls if needed. I've looked for a workaround since I know Exchange UM is not supported with SfB Online yet.... so any ideas would be very helpful!2.8KViews0likes4CommentsSpeed up meeting joins - Application Initialization Module for IIS 7.5
lacking a test environment, I'm curious if anybody has used the Application Initialization Module for IIS on SFB to preload all the apps? Our first joins of the day take quite some time, and this might help. https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/application-initialization I was also told at Ignite that I could increase the settings on the IIS pool so it doesn't garbage collect it so fast. Has anyone else run into longer join times on initial meetings? If so, how did you solve it?970Views0likes1CommentJoin Skype for Business Meeting delay
Hi everyone, I wonder if someone could help me. We‘re using Skype for business OnPrem 2019 and some of our customers complaining about joining meetings. Sometimes it takes several minutes to let you join a meeting. Have you ever experienced something like this delays? We can’t really see anything on the Skype for business server. Could it be related to the hardware itself for example drivers? Thanks in advance.225Views0likes0CommentsTeams Room "Cannot Fetch Calendar"

I am having difficulty getting the IM/Presence integration to work between my on-prem Skype for Business 2019 Server and my Exchange 2019 Server. I believe I am having a certificate trust issue. On important note is that my internal domain is domain.local and the external is domain.com. So, my public wildcard certificate is for *.domain.com. When I look at the certificates on the exchange server, there is another certificate that is assigned to IIS issued by the local certificate authority which protects domain.local. I have tried a variety of combinations using either the local certificate with the domain.local name of the servers as well as the public wildcard certificate thumbprint and the dns a record with domain.com that points to each server. None of these combinations seem to work for me. I have run these commands on the SfB Server: New-CsTrustedApplicationPool -Identity exchangeserver.domain.local-Registrar sfbserver.domainlocal-Site "My Site" -RequiresReplication $False New-CsTrustedApplication -ApplicationId OutlookWebApp -TrustedApplicationPoolFqdn exchangeserver.domain.local-Port 5199 I have run these commands on the Exchange Server: New-SettingOverride -Name "IM Override" -Component OwaServer -Section IMSettings -Parameters @("IMServerName=sfbserver.domain.local","IMCertificateThumbprint=mycertificatethumbprint") -Reason "Configure IM" Get-ExchangeDiagnosticInfo -Server EXCHANGESERVER -Process Microsoft.Exchange.Directory.TopologyService -Component VariantConfiguration -Argument Refresh Restart-WebAppPool MSExchangeOWAAppPool Get-OwaMailboxPolicy | Set-OwaMailboxPolicy -InstantMessagingEnabled $True -InstantMessagingType OCS When I check the instant messaging logs on the Exchange Server I see the following: If I try to use the domain.com name and the wildcard certificate I get this error: ERROR:InstantMessageOCSProvider.GenerateInstantMessageUnavailablePayload.
