Proper way to add distribution group to use in Call Queue

I'm having difficulty getting my groups to show up as the Call Agent Distribution List in the Call Queue preview.  I'm still in a hybrid mode with on-prem, but it doesn't seem to matter if I create a distributon group on on-prem, an O365 Group in the cloud or any combination in between.  I do see several groups show in  the drop-down, but these are mostly populated with users who don't have any voice numbers associated.  I would just like a push in the right direction to pin down the proper way to create a new distribution group for agents who will be monitoring the call queue I'm creating.

Hi Chuck, for now it will take up to 24hrs for the newly created DL to show up, this is due to replication reasons. we are yet to support hybrid scenarios. Could you please open a support case through the online portal so that one of our support expect will take a look. Thanks!
