So here's the story...
So here’s my question: How do we convert my recently ported main business line to a “Service” number so I can assign it to an Auto Attendant?

Seems to be a common requirement. See this thread for more info - short answer is that you have to issue a service request to change the number.

Did this and it was taken care of in a day.
The form is here, in case anyone needs it:

Yeah so was directed to this thread by my recent post here https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Preview-Org-Auto-Attendant/Urgent-assist-needed-AA-port-reque...
I'm not seeing any actual way to file a case other than a bug report here on skypepreview.com. Maybe I'm just not seeing it...
Anyway, I've had a ticket open with 0365 support for the better part of a week now. Hoping this will be resolved before my numbers port at 9am tomorrow since I can no longer make changes to the request. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This was completed in a day by just filling the form out? I can't afford to have these numbers down any longer than that. I only have 11 numbers I need to be service numbers.

FYI, something that wasn't intuitive to me is, when people tell you to open a service request, what that means is to submit a pre-release bug (See attached screenshot) on www.skypepreview.com. The O365 support people don't know how to support the AA and take FOREVER to figure it out.
Alternatively you can email the skype support engineering team directly at skypeexp@microsoft.com. Eventually that's what I did and they swooped in and got me taken care of in under 24 hours.

Were you able to get this resolved? I read your post and will be porting a main office number so looking to avoid any issues.
