Weather Web Part showing incorrect data.

Hello, I've found a problem with MSN Weather web part on our SharePoint.
Temperature is incorrect.
Looks like it's problem with Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion.

Tried to remove and rebuild but it is not working. I get sunny when in fact when you click on the link it says cloudy. I call it my 'wishful' link now...
