Good morning,

I am setting up a sharepoint,

I would like to know if it is "computer-possible" to make 2 functionalities:

leave the 1st section pinned, still visible when you go down the page,
change how the minimize/maximize chevrons behave (especially when opening the page)

I think this is all blocked by microsoft's javaScript but, you never know...

@Lorris_ This is not possible using SharePoint default capabilities.

You can use collapsible sections in SharePoint to expand/collapse sections on page but you cannot pin the section at the top of page using SharePoint out of the box settings.

You may be able to achieve this using custom SharePoint framework (SPFx) web parts. Check documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/spfx/sharepoint-framework-overview
