We have recently created SharePoint to save all of our financial reports that our businesses use each months to review their results.
I had recently changed a few of these reports, but when some other users go into these reports they are unable to see the changes. However when I redownload a report I can see the changes in this report and other members who have only view access can see these changes too.
The users who are unable to see the changes seem to have the same permission level as me, so I am not sure why this would be?
We have tried clearing their cache but the issue still remains. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
