SharePoint iOS app now shows Home Page

The newly released iOS app update now shows the site home page. A nice update!

Interesting. I have similar sharepoint sites (originally classic experience) and now one of them displays the home page by default and the other has the activity tab instead. Created new modern page and made home page but still nothing.
Having issue on all iOS users with the latest app.
Can't figure out how to make it open home page by default.
