Good day all,
apologies if this is a stupid question, I am a very new SharePoint admin so forgive my ignorance.
I have been given my first page to set up and am currently creating a "contacts" quick link.
I have got the mailto working so when email address is clicked on it goes straight to sending an email to our helpdesk.
I am trying to find a way to get the same with our help desk number, so when pressed it calls the help desk either on team on the pc or via the customers mobile phone via mobile.
Is this doable? how would i set it up?

Solution@PaulGrant78 you can start a Teams call to the helpdesk with the following:
https://teams.microsoft.com/l/call/0/0?users=helpdeskemailaddress
which will briefly show the "stay better connected...." screen than will open up Teams and ask the user if they wish to start the call:
