Modern Page with PowerApps Webpart - Duplicating top of app

I have a couple of modern pages on SharePoint that have PowerApps webparts embedded, and since last week only, the top part of the app is duplicated at the bottom of the app.  This does not happen when viewing the app within PowerApps, only when viewing the app on a SPO modern page.  See examples attached.

OK, so I'm not sure if this was just a temporary bug on Microsoft/SPO, but it has mysteriously disappeared.
