I have the New Experience set for Lists and Libraries on my tenant. When I create a new list it still creates a classic list the I then must manually change to Modern. This occurs only on some site collections...others will create a modern on default. I have tested with both SCs that were created before and after enabling the New Experience at the tenat level. Any ideas?
