I've customised the Header and Body of a SharePoint list form and it's working beautifully when accessed via a browser. The section titles provide important information for the user, and there's a little conditional display of fields that's also useful.
However, many of my users will be accessing the list from a link they've been emailed on their mobiles, and therefore it will open by default in Lists or the SharePoint app if they have them installed.
Sadly, the JSON formatting is not respected in these apps.
I'm hoping for help in either getting the formatting recognised / respected in the mobile apps, or a way to provide a link in the email that forces it to open in browser rather than an installed app?
