Hidden List for "Featured Links" on the SharePoint Page

There is a hidden list that holds the "Featured Links" on the SharePoint page. I can't seem to find it. Does anyone have the URL?

I think you mean this url https://[domain].sharepoint.com/Lists/SharePointHomeOrgLinks/AllItems.aspx
