We have several types of video files like .mp4, .mov etc are saved in SharePoint online. Some are training videos, Teams meeting and other video recordings. Considering these can accumulate in time, what the life cycle plans are implemented, what considerations are made?
I'd appreciate if I can get some thoughts and experiences of others to think about potential avenues. Thanks.
