Difference between the Document Library in Document Center and Team Site

    we have program and bakend is sharepoint only save document pdf to program use .with this case please recommend should create site is team site or Document Center ?

Well, bearing in mind the Document Center site template is a classic site template I would reocommend to go to a modern site template (a modern Team Site or a Communication Site) unless you have any specific requirement that need you use the document center site template
