How to avoid SP List content access to Site collection admins?

My client requests to ensure that only authorized users have access to site list content (such as task lists, document library, etc). Since I am Site collection administrator I have access to all data even if I do not show in permission list. How can I make a 100% sure that content is only available to client? How can I ensure that only he is able to change permission so nobody of my admin team can ever change anything in order to get access to the particular list?

Hi Deepak,

there is no way to block site collection administrators viewing on anything from the site collection, you have to think differently, like:

- Enabling auditing so that who ever access that library, his presence recorded
- Use password protected files, which shared only with user who should have access
- Crypt sensitive files, in the way that you can manage who can descypt from different source
- Change site collection admin permission to full control then break inheritance on the library.
