Resources are not rolling up to a total per person

Hi,
I have a project with multiple sections that follow a similar path and use the same resource for that task per section.

But
I cannot get a rolled up resource total for each person across the multiple sections.

Can anyone help understand why my resources are not showing the total number of days effort for the project but just for one section?

If you apply the Resource Usage view, you can view the total amount of Work (effort) for each resource in the project, along with the amount of Work assigned to the resource on each of their tasks. Hope this helps.
