Read Only Access to Project Schedule for another PM

Hi There!

One of our project has some dependancies with another team's project. The other team's Project Manager requires read-only access to Project Schedule check the project activity % complete and who is working on which activity.

How can you provide the Read Only access to other PM? We use Project Online to manage the Portfolio.

@shrikant_t You can grant the user access using Project Permissions.

1. Go to Project Center, navigate to Project you want to grant access then select the row
2. Go to the ribbon, click PROJECT the Project Permissions
3. Click New on PERMISSSIONS tab
4. in upper
5. Enter user's name in Name field then click Filter.  See screenshot below
6. Add them to the User and Groups with Permissions list. See screenshot below
7. Check the View the Project Schedule Details in Project Web App option, See screenshot below
8. Click Save
