I have about 100 activities in Microsoft Lists. Is there an easy way to move / copy this data to project for the web?

As it currently exists, Project for the Web only allows users to import a task list from a Microsoft Project schedule, and not from any other application. Out of curiosity, have you tried copying the tasks from Microsoft Lists and then pasting them in the Grid view of Project for the Web? If that does not work, then I am sad to report you will need to manually type the task list in Project for the Web. Hope this helps.
