Showing Project Tasks in Planner

According to this support site it should be possible to show project tasks in planner https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/view-your-assigned-project-tasks-in-planner-a742676d-6ebf...

 

I dont's see how I can make this work though. Tasks created in Project do not show in Planner. Does this have to be manually activated or synced?
