Anyone else noticing issues with accessing Planner and individual plans?
Office 365 Planner services aren't available right now
We're working to restore all services as soon as possible.

Working fine for me. I think you need to submit a support ticket.

Planner is back up for us after a short outage. Maybe it is related to this message on the Service Health page:

@JoostKoopmans1I am not able to view already existing Planner after login to Microsoft Teams Web.
Let me know, if this is planned outage or something else. (9-April-19)
