Action log in planner

I have noticed that it is easy to “check” a check List in planner by mistake when using planner on mobile device. Since there is no activity log in planner it is impossible to follow up if someone makes this by accident. It would be useful with a log in planner (same type as on item in TFS) ) that show any Action done on an activity card .
