I am sending these links inside an email, and users are using Outlook mobile app for both android and IOS:-

now the first link will not be clickable at all inside outlook mobile app for both Android and IOS. while the second link will only work for IOS.. so how i can send this link as clickable link inside outlook mobile app for both IOS and Android?
