Sometime Outlook agenda not sincronize with Google on Mac

When I create a meeting with more than 3 people in Outlook (Mac), sometime the meeting doesn't appear in my Google Calendar (my actual account) and it's also not sent.

I don´t know why happend.

Anyone can help me?
