My organisation of 2000 users is using outlook with google sync. All users are using outlook to access their gmail account for sending a receiving email.
Since April/May Microsoft updates we have lost the ability to reply to emails in outlook whilst selecting a gmail alias email. I believe the error may be in windows registry.
