Hi Everyone...
Currently I am facing search failure in shared inbox using Outlook Desktop version (Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus Version 1902).
When I try to do search in shared inbox with filter "Current Mailbox", it came up with error (see screen shot). The network connection is fine, because when I do the same search in my personal inbox, the search is ok.
The following action had been tried but failed to resolve the problem
- Index rebuilt
- Download shared folders had been disable under "cached exchange mode settings"
Please advice if you have solve this problem before...
